YOU WILL BE MISSED SISTER NIRMALA

A woman is the symbol of strength, love and sacrifice...as a mother, as a sister and in other role she plays, when she has same role for society, flower blooms in numerous lives because they bring happiness in the grey shade of life. Mother Teresa played an exceptional role during her life from educating the children to curing the ill, serving the aged an prostitutes, her Missionaries of Charity works for it. The one known as her shadow, Sister Nirmala took this caravan forward and her message to new areas.

She was humble, polite and has given selfless service taking the mission of Mother ahead. She said " Our service to the poorest of the poor is proof of our love for Jesus in the Eucharist, for this Jesus called Mother Teresa and all the Missionaries of Charity to quench the thirst of souls in living our life as Missionaries of Charity with justice, in poverty and obedience, meeting him in our service to the poorest of the poor, with prayer and with contemplation. The Jesus we adore in the Eucharist is that Jesus we serve in the poorest of the poor." Her works for the mankind was an inspiration and will keep inspiring the gesture of kindness in the generations to come,we pray that this divine soul rest in peace...

LEARNING FROM LITTLE MARIYAM

Have you ever wished in your tough times, an angel to come and solve your mystery? Many a times you may have but this time our mother earth may have wished, so an angel turned in form of little Maryam. A Muslim girl winning in all India ' Gita Champion's League' by ISKCON received great appraisal, because more than the winner of the contest it was winning moment for humanity without any religious interference......

Religious intolerance is so common in our society, people want to protect their religious interests at any cost, we have so much terror, wars, fights, afflictions on the name of religion which promises the way to god...Amazed, reaching to Ram and Rahim after shattering the existence of humanity...Maryam winning indicated the way to god is same thorough all religion and see how beautifully the girl says 'the more I read about religion more I come to know that the real existence of religion is in humanity'.

The time has come to embrace the worth entitled in all religions rather than to be overprotected by them because it is man who created religion, religion has not created man..It sought out the way to principle life, a way for better existence of humanity. Maryam has started  it so well and now  choice is our's but for her, Well done, Maryam......

AN INDIAN GIRL IS BADMINTON QUEEN NOW...WOW!!!

In the male dominant society where parents think about dowry as soon as their girl is born, where woman is always regarded as secondary, where ever teasing, sexual harassment has splashed a big blot, where women passes through all infliction's from their early education to the independent survival, where she is born with wings but they are always clenched....a girl from this society only has flied with all her strength, smashing all the barriers and has acquired peak domination, wiping off the domination of china who are the masters of the game.
The journey was not easy, she used to travel 25 km distance in her early childhood for training session but the her goals were firm and she raised out as the best Indian woman player. Laurels followed her but reaching at the zenith is not only a landmark for the country but empowered the desire, the hope and the strength for the girls to keep going because if Saina can, why you can't??

RISING FROM THE ASHES

Fearless smashes on court, a tone of confidence and a series of awards including prestigious Grand Slams, Olympics golds that has followed them...No surprise, they are none other than William Sisters.Champions have spirit to fight whether its on court or on track of life. Elder of two Venus Williams who has ruled the court for a long period, formerly seeded Number 1 has fallen prey to an incurable disease Sjogren's Syndrome.

A player who has defeated her every opponent, cannot be defeated by just a disease-a lot hard it may be. She aspires to be back on court and again play on the same field. Even after suffering from a tough period she managed to win many big matches and is working hard to regain back to the same state of life.Venus herself said-"I won't let it beat me".

I hope that god give her ample strength to fight and she will defeat her opponent even in this match.Let us pray and hope to see back the magical team of sisters again back on court. They truly represent the strength of this wonderful community of woman and generate the spark of aspiration for each of us...

STILL A LONG WAY TO GO....

Look at the newspaper these days, may be you find a little change in political scenario but move eyes from there and look at the cases of harassment....not even a minor change. The evil instincts are aggravating, an outrage today; vanishes tomorrow.Do these newspaper reach to administrative and government officials? If yes, do they have kept their eyes close? How can a 'taken for granted' attitude for such injustice in regard to female community is bearable?

Eve-teasing and slazing on roads and bus stops....a picture of complete lack of morality. What is government doing on the name of woman empowerment, if the justice had been a bit strong definitely there would have been reduction in such incidents. How much time do this male community need to accept that woman is no more embellished now, if you can't give her respect, if you can't take her responsibility...don't but let her move alone with dignity.

We talk of same things today, a bit we move and reach where we have started from. It is difficult that this voice will reach to their ears, so this caravan of our right and justice will have to be led by our voice only. We must keep ourselves strong and determinant because there is still a long way to go......

FINALLY........IT'S VICTORY

Debates and spark triggered these days for the borderline that is set for the girls students in various colleges and universities.Either it was AMU or our DU, girls spoke from everywhere. Not only about the strictness set in their schedule and behavior but also through various pressures and restrictions they have to pass through.

AMU Vice Chancellor when spoke about 'No girls appearance'  in Maulana Azad library, outrageous response had to come. Under the pulls and pressures from the court and government, things were marked in favor but it again marked the symbol when belonging to woman community was the reason, you were barred from learning. There were VC's reasons that followed that but let we know if psychological behavior of others will go wrong...when attitude of society will go wrong....we will keep our girls sacrificing and blaming? So unjustified it is, in their respect and why should they always pay for it...

No restriction in setting the no. of boys going to library, for whatever purpose they go(as required or as indicated)?

Girls student saying that 'VC is like our father' is remarkable and let us keep maintaining this dignity
by letting the girls equitable in every approach. Finally its the victory for the girls ,instead victory for all of us...resolution is passed and now my girls students can avail this facility. This was not about books, library and education but it holds various other important meanings that are today important to let girls keep going without distinction in this dominated man sphere....
